• Job Title: Installation Supervisor – Security
• Job Summary: To provide oversight, ensure execution and maximize the efficiency and profitability of the installation teams.

• Actively manages projects, including planning, scheduling, end-to-end ownership of the delivery of assigned projects, and job closure

Responsible to ensure all aspects of the installation team are completed in an effective and consistent fashion, in alignment with all offices – scheduling, safety training and documentation, tools inventory, training plans, all operational team meetings (PM, Field, etc)

• Monitors job status, controls job costs and ensures overall quality of installations for assigned projects.
• Review all projects and provide guidance to Installation and Project Management teams to provide consistent opportunity for improvement.
• Assist with resolving project, installation and operational issues with the field team and work closely with Project Managers to ensure completion of the projects.
• D365 SME for field/installation
• Review, provide and understand reporting metrics including backlog, forecast, efficiency and others as needed to effectively run the business.
• Represent Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction
• Demonstrate and enforce all policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the Company’s polices and procedures including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times.
• Maintain and protect assigned Company assets.
• Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete, including all Q360 processes, expense reports and other required documentation
• Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal businesses hours.
• Maintain professional licensing as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Supervisor Duties: In accordance with applicable Company policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, will perform the following supervisory responsibilities: planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of technical field leadership experience within the low voltage / security integration industry
• Progressive leadership experience in a construction environment with experience managing projects.
• Experience overseeing installation process for low voltage, security, or structured cabling projects
• Ability to participate in and pass preemployment and customer-required background checks and drug screens
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in a technical field; engineering, architecture, construction management, or technology
• Trades Qualified (electrical, low voltage, controls, HVAC)
• Functional understanding of project profitability metrics
• Knowledgeable of current Stale and Federal labor law and Union contract compliance
• PMP or PMI certified

Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365
