- This position is office-based hybrid (Munich or Berlin) - 3 days per week
As Senior Ecosystem Partnership Manager for DACH , you will own and develop a small portfolio of 2-3 strategically important partners, building these relationships from the ground up
- This is a quota-carrying position focusing on partner sales motions and creating sustainable “win-win” business opportunities for both, our partners & Personio
- You will work closely with the rest of the partnerships team, and also with the sales and marketing teams in the DACH market
- Manage a focused portfolio of 2-3 key strategic partners, developing relationships from scratch and driving their commercial and strategic growth
- Develop Joint Business Plans that ensure a quick activation and drive sustainable growths
- Initiate, nurture, and grow these partnerships, establishing trust and mutual benefit from the very beginning
- Support in the development of a reselling program, managing projects from inception to execution
- Collaborate with partners to co-create compelling solutions that address client needs and drive acquisition of our HR SaaS platform
- Develop and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, sales training, and enablement programs
- Plan and run (co-hosted) partner events and activities and manage partner marketing communications with support from Personio marketing, within budgetary guidelines and deadlines
- Evaluate performance of partnership activities and adapt them accordingly
- Collaborate closely with the DACH Marketing and Sales teams
- Important KPIs in this role include:
- Lead Gen: PQLs
- Partner-generated Pipeline, Partner-generated MRR and Customers
- Develop and Optimize Partner Processes:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve partner processes and programs, ideally within the DACH region
- Proven experience managing and developing strategic partners with complex stakeholder constructs and unlocking c-level relationships
Strong track record in developing partner enablement initiatives, including the ability to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
