• Apply daily cash receipts and maintain accurate customer account records
• Review and approve new customer account setups
• Respond to inquiries and resolve billing/payment issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Support process improvements and team goals

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting role
• Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP)

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
