As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in our growth strategy in the country. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, driving new business through commercial hunting activities, identifying and acquiring high-potential B2B partners, developing long-term relationships, and supporting partners through a more qualitative and strategic approach.
- Proactively hunt and develop new B2B business opportunities, generating leads and closing commercial deals.
- Build and manage long term strategic partnerships.
- Own the end-to-end commercial process with strong initiative and minimal supervision.
- Act as a strategic partner to external stakeholders, providing qualitative support and operational optimization.
- Accompany partners closely, identifying improvement opportunities beyond pure sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial and operational initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of the local commercial strategy and market expansion.
- About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles, ideally within the mobility, transportation, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial hunting mindset with a proven track record in acquiring and developing clients.
- High level of initiative, proactivity, and ownership
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term business relationships and optimize partner performance.
- Strong commercial acumen and genuine interest in Flix’s business model; existing market contacts are a plus.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work model and with availability to travel.
