• This team is managing a significant workload and needs attorneys who can contribute immediately with minimal oversight
• The role will remain in place while the client conducts hiring for several permanent associate openings
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance documents
• Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution
• Provide practical legal guidance in a fast‑paced environment
• Independently handle a substantial portfolio of finance matters
• Full‑time schedule: 35-40 hours per week
• Remote flexibility with monthly travel to Washington, DC

• Background in real estate finance

Experience supporting a busy transactional practice

Active bar license, in good standing, in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia

• Compensation determined based on experience; candidates should expect placement within the stated range unless credentials justify otherwise
