We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting them warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences is essential.
• Required Experience:
• Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service, particularly within the restaurant or hotel industry.
• Familiarity with guest relations practices and serving protocols is beneficial.

• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Experience with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Pay: $14.50 - $20.00 per hour
