In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in analyzing and interpreting data to measure the commercial impact of tests, campaigns, and key project, while providing ad-hoc data support across various areas. You will translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions, support business success, and enhance customer value and satisfaction.

- What you’ll do
- Quantify commercial impact of A/B tests, marketing activity, and operational projects – e.g. revenue uplift, margin impact, CPA, LTV, and ROI.
- Analyse A/B tests and marketing campaign performance to identify commercial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Qlik (our BI platform), ensuring accuracy, clarity and a focus on key business KPIs.
- Extract, clean and prepare data using SQL and internal datasets to support commercial analysis and decision-making.
- Set up Dialler (telesales) campaigns with a commercial lens – ensuring correct targeting, data selection and configuration to maximise performance and ROI.
- Produce clear post-campaign and post-test reviews that explain what happened, why, and what it means in £ terms.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, non-technical way, highlighting trade-offs and next best actions.
- Support stakeholders in defining and tracking KPIs that reflect business and commercial performance.
- What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience with Qlik, Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting and visualisation.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles, funnel metrics, and campaign performance.
- Experience with Dialler systems and campaign setup (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Strong communication skills, able to tell a clear story from the data.
- Comfortable working with numbers related to Life Time Value, including predictive metrics
- Commercially minded with a natural curiosity about how to optimise
- Detail-oriented and thorough with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise based on commercial impact, and work independently.
- Collaborative and proactive in engaging stakeholders and challenging assumptions where needed.
