• In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on converting new leads and reactivating lapsed customers on our list
• You’ll be deeply hands-on in Klaviyo and Attentive, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive results
• Reporting to our VP of Lifecycle & Subscriber Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your strategic and creative muscles—contributing to copy, concepts, and design for campaigns
• Plan, build, and optimize promotional email & SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive
• Develop segmentation strategies and A/B tests to maximize engagement & conversion
• Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, turning insights into action
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and product teams to align messaging, timing, and promotional strategies
• Concept and write email/SMS copy with an understanding of voice, tone, and brand positioning
• Design lightweight email graphics or templates in Figma and troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS for email formatting

Monitor deliverability, list health, compliance, and performance metrics

• 3–5 years of experience in email and retention marketing, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo and Attentive (or comparable tools)
• Strong grasp of HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
• Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Figma for light design and layout creation
• Analytical mindset—you love digging for trends and using data to prove out your ideas
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Experience working at a DTC brand (especially on Shopify)
