• Upside is Wynwood’s newest addition to the bar scene, offering a high-energy, elevated experience. We’re looking for experienced, motivated bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in craft, service, and teamwork.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to recipe and presentation standards
• Deliver attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable guest service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of bar stations and service areas
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all liquor, cocktail, beer, wine, and food menu items

Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service

• Minimum 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology fundamentals
• Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with both guests and team members
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Bilingual is a plus
• Required Experience:

• Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20.0 per week
