We are looking for a highly driven and empathetic Solutions Consultant to be responsible for partner implementations from signing through full implementation. The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for ensuring our partner implementations focus on measurable outcomes and value. This role will work closely with our partner's Delivery team, our Engineering team and others to customize and configure the product, solve issues, keep the project on track, report on progress, and address obstacles to ensure successful on-time launches. The Solutions Consultant will also be responsible for collaborating internally to reduce the time and effort involved in partner implementations. You will provide expert guidance to our partner's delivery teams that enable them to adopt and use the product, and make informed decisions about future product selection based on client inquiries during implementation. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, experienced in healthcare technology, Consultant who has a track record of successfully implementing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments. This person is passionate about tackling difficult problems in healthcare and is excited by the ambiguity and opportunity that comes with working in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company.

• What YOU will do at Luma Health:
• Become an expert on the Luma Health platform and products
• Support and manage implementation of partners from contract through launch
• Develop product customization based on partner and client requests
• Partner internally with our technical team to optimize client implementations and resolve technical challenges, and with the product team to design ideal offering/features.
• Ensure on-time delivery of partnership implementations of Luma
• Keep clients and internal tech teams on track and communicate and nudge (politely!) as necessary to meet deadlines
• Regularly report on status of implementations and potential issues
• Help our partners and clients learn and navigate our product and the process change it can bring; proactively ensure new clients are getting value from Luma Health
• Identify weaknesses and failure points in current project implementation plans and spearhead process improvements
• Contribute to the development of scalable content resources for Luma partners and clients (e.g., user guides, presentations, best practice recommendations, and other tools for the client)

Ability to travel to client sites as necessary

• Strong understanding of relevant technologies, such as Liquid (Shopify), HTML, JavaScript, HL7
• Required Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of software implementation experience
• Must have direct SaaS healthcare experience
• Proven experience in a technical consulting role.

Degree from a nationally-recognized and well-regarded four-year institution

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location and experience, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Luma also include stock options + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision.) Base Pay Range: $100,000—$120,000 USD
