  • The brand constantly introduces new colors and products to keep customers engaged and inspired
  • You will be at the forefront of Madam Glam’s B2B growth—building relationships, attending trade shows, and turning leads into long-term partners
  • Develop and grow B2B relationships (salons, distributors, wholesalers, professional accounts)
  • Represent Madam Glam at international trade shows, fairs, and industry events
  • Identify new B2B opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support B2B initiatives
  • Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts with a long-term relationship mindset

Provide market feedback and insights from the field to internal teams
