• The Transition Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from multiple legacy contracts to the new Program
• During transition periods, the Transition Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transition and meeting weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status

The Transition Manager role is temporary and will be required only during transition periods to ensure a seamless transfer of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements from legacy contracts to the new program

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree
• Required technical and professional expertise
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing transitions for software applications, with a proven track record of delivering complex transitions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Minimum five (5) years in managing transitions for large-scale software applications transitions for enterprise-level applications
• Minimum three (3) Experience analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions

Certified Scrum Master

Minimum three (3) Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders
