• Helping organizations successfully adopt Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
• Guide customers through digital transformation by designing and executing effective change strategies
• Drive adoption, reduce resistance, and improve collaboration, productivity, and wellbeing

Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure technology delivers real business impact

• 5+ years of experience in change management or technology adoption roles
• Demonstrated expertise delivering OCM programs for Microsoft 365 initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot) and adoption best practices
• Ability to design and execute communication, training, and change champion strategies
• Experience working with enterprise customers to assess, envision, plan, and oversee OCM programs
• Experience with user research (qualitative and quantitative) and post-implementation reviews
• Ability to lead assessments with C-suite executives, IT teams, and end-users
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend process improvements and standardization
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to diverse organizational cultures
• Experience with GCC High migrations
• Microsoft Copilot deployment or Power Platform experience
• PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s)

Experience leading OCM activities such as vision discovery, assessments, workshops, interviews, surveys, and focus groups
