• Manage and engage with dogs during open group play, group enrichment and individual enrichment sessions, ensuring their safety and happiness
• Provide enrichment activities and structure in line with curriculum and training plans
• Assist with feeding, bathing, and administering medication to dogs according to their individual needs
• Maintain a clean and hygienic facility, including cleaning kennels and play areas to include properly disposal of dog waste and urine
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, sharing updates and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for dogs, their owners, and teammates

Weekdays primarily with 2 Saturday shifts a month

• Genuine love for dogs and a strong sense of responsibility for their well-being
• Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding environment to include play sessions outside in all seasons, lifting 40lbs, and standing for long periods of time
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
• 1 year experience in doggie daycare required
