• Experience and/or knowledge installing, repairing, or maintaining fiber optic, low-voltage or similar cabling systems.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, high quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including explaining work being performed and addressing basic questions.
• Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varied environments.
• Valid driver's license and a clean, reliable and presentable work vehicle.
• Basic computer or mobile device skills for documentation and communication.
• Dependable, professional, and safety minded.

• Must provide proof of Insurance for General Liability, Auto, and Workers' Compensation.
• Pay Schedule: Net 21 and weekly after meeting the Net date.
• Qualified applicants will receive our tool list and rate card once approved to move forward with hiring.
• Training:
• Hands-On and On-The-Job Training will be provided to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• All installers, regardless of experience level are required to complete our in-house training program.
• Installers are expected to complete training and demonstrate consistent, acceptable workmanship.
• Payment & Process:
• We maintain clear work scopes, documented approvals, and a consistent payment process to ensure installers are paid accurately and on time.
