Quality, consistency, and food safety are at the core of everything we do as we scale our production operations.We are hiring a Production Supervisor with direct food manufacturing experience, ideally in ice cream or frozen dessert production, to lead day-to-day operations on the production floor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee assembly line operations, manage warehouse activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a vibrant industrial environment.

• Supervise daily sorbet, ice cream, and frozen dessert production runs (mixing, pasteurization, freezing, filling, packaging).
• Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to optimize performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to uphold quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address mechanical issues promptly and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and correct food safety or quality issues immediately.
• Hold team accountable to cleanliness, safety, and performance standards.

• 2+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment, with hands-on knowledge of assembly lines and factory processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with safety procedures related to manufacturing operations and equipment use.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining production documentation.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Required Experience:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with safety procedures related to manufacturing operations and equipment use.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining production documentation.

• Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
