  • Manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs / BDRs
  • Maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
  • Develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic
  • Ensure that smart and ambitious people learn and develop the skills they need to represent you and the company

Adapt to changes in the market and experiment with new outbound approaches

Требования

  • Excellent academic results at school and university
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
  • Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology
  • Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific
  • Creative problem solving and cross team collaboration
  • Leadership experience of one form or another

Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
