• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Center Director to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant childcare program
• Provide leadership and management to ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children, staff, and families
• Supervise, mentor, and support teachers and staff, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies
• Build strong partnerships with families and the community through clear communication and engagement
• Manage enrollment, staffing schedules, budgeting, and program development

Promote an enriching curriculum that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in childcare/early education, including at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role
• Strong knowledge of state childcare licensing requirements and best practices in early childhood education
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Proficiency in computer skills ( Procare or similar software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Data entry & reporting)
