• Working with the first line of defence (1
• LoD) to identify, assess, document, and review risks of all types
• Providing oversight in the design, implementation, and effectiveness testing of controls
• Developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite statement
• Monitoring risks against limits and thresholds, producing reports to management and relevant stakeholders
• Working with local and global stakeholders in the risk incident management process, including registration of risk events, investigation and root cause analysis, and producing reports
• Participation in the local New Initiatives Approval Process, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and governance
• Facilitating appropriate risk awareness and risk culture amongst team members

Supporting audits and regulatory inquiries related to operational risk

• 4+ years of experience in risk management or a related role within financial services
• A bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently while managing concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities
• Proficiency with SQL li>An understanding of f inancial services regulations
• Knowledge of fintech products, processes, and technologies
• Experience in operational risk capital calculation and the ICAAP process
• A master's degree
• Professional certifications (e.g., PRMIA)
