Under the direction of the Director of Athletics, the coaching assignment includes: recruitment and retention of student athletes; supervision of athletes; overseeing assistant coaches; working with athletic counselors, equipment personnel and training staff; organization of practice and game schedules; development and implementation of the budget; involvement in public relations efforts; overseeing academic issues (in collaboration with Athletic Director and Academic Advisor); and other related activities as assigned
