• As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for breaking into new accounts, fostering relationships across multiple contacts, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales organization
• The role emphasizes inbound and outbound prospecting, market research, collaboration with the broader sales team, and qualification of leads to support Account Executives
• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
• Learn from the sales team and help build out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
• Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
• Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
• Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts

Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set

• 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn; ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
• Work arrangement: Remote; candidates should be comfortable working in a distributed, remote team environment
