The role involves outbound prospecting, collaborating with broader sales teams, researching markets to identify new leads, and qualifying opportunities by understanding customers' onboarding and internal processes
Success in this role directly impacts pipeline progression and revenue through consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
Generate customer expansion opportunities through cross-sell to existing customers and outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media outreach
Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
Consult existing clients on their internal processes to drive change and expand the use of Deel's product offerings
Collaborate with the sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Sales Qualified Opportunities and pipeline progression
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities

Proven Sales Development experience (previous SDR/BDR or similar role)
Tenacious with a strong drive to succeed and perform in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write email and sequence campaigns that convert
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
Passion for customer experience and helping organizations meet their objectives
