• You will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, responsible for building durable customer relationships and converting those into long-term revenue opportunities
• This client-facing role acts as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related issues while advocating internally for customer needs and driving product adoption and retention across a high volume of small-spend accounts
• Accounts: Own a high volume of small-spend accounts in either SMB/MM or Enterprise segments and manage day-to-day relationships
• Risk: Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn and take action to mitigate them
• Relationships: Build strong client relationships by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
• Product: Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
• Customer Experience: Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a daily basis
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and completion of customer requests

Adoption: Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
• Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong relationship builder who remains calm under pressure and celebrates partners' successes
• Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to draw quick insights from complex data sets and synthesize numbers into actionable recommendations
• Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments and roles with high responsibility
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
• Curious by nature and interested in making an impact

Fluent in French and English

Demonstrated track record of achievement (e.g., success in a top-tier company, quantifiable business impact, rapid assumption of responsibility, or competitive awards)
