• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• You’ve experienced architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
• Experience managing technical roadmap and driving organizational engineering excellence
• Experience building or scaling systems related to subscription/membership/promotion products, or growth levers
• Experience with growth metrics (e.g. conversion, activation, retention, engagement) and A/B testing frameworks
• You’ve built financial, high reliability or security systems

Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services
