• We are seeking a reliable Industrial Painter to support our manufacturing operations through spray painting and dip coating of metal parts
• This role is primarily independent, and supervisors expect work to be completed without constant direction
• The position offers a laid-back environment for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized, and completes tasks efficiently
• When painting demand is low, the individual may assist other departments as general labor support, though painting remains the primary responsibility

Perform spray painting and dip coating of metal parts, hang, dip, dry, and stage painted components, organize finished parts into color-coded and labeled boxes or bins, maintain a clean and organized paint area, monitor coating quality and consistency, manage daily priorities independently, communicate material or part shortages, and assist other departments with general labor tasks when painting is not required
