• UX Designer (Part-Time / Contract)
• Remote or Hybrid
• We are looking for a UX Designer to help us improve how users experience complex, content-heavy websites and digital products. This role focuses on usability, information architecture, and evidence-based design - not branding or visual styling.
• You will work with designers, writers, developers, and clients to make digital experiences easier to understand, easier to navigate, and easier to use.
• If you read Nielsen Norman Group, UX Planet, or Smashing Magazine and care more about task success and cognitive load than animations, you’re probably a fit.

• Create:
• User flows
• Site maps and information architecture
• Wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma)
• Turn complex business requirements and content into:
• Clear page structures
• Intuitive navigation
• Simple, usable interfaces
• Conduct and apply:
• Usability testing
• Heuristic evaluations
• Accessibility reviews (WCAG)
• Use analytics tools (GA4, Matomo, Hotjar, etc.) to:
• Identify friction and drop-off points
• Measure performance
• Validate design decisions
• Work with developers to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and maintainable.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and real-world usage.

• 3+ years of UX, product design, or information architecture experience
• A portfolio showing:
• Wireframes, flows, and IA
• Problem-solving, not just visuals
• How your designs improved usability or performance
• Strong knowledge of:
• Usability principles
• Accessibility (WCAG)
• Content hierarchy and navigation
• Responsive web design
• Experience working on:
• Content-heavy websites
• B2B or complex digital products

Comfortable working independently on part-time or contract projects

• Nice to Have
• Experience with:
• User testing platforms (Maze, UserTesting, Lookback, etc.)
• Data-driven UX or CRO
• Design systems
• Required Experience:
