• Spotify is seeking a dedicated and driven Analyst to join its Growth Finance team, focusing on new initiative analysis and the profitability of our partnerships and promotional offerings.

You will partner with our global Partner, Growth, Finance, and Accounting teams to build financial models reflecting proposals across business divisions. You'll also own P&L modeling of new initiatives from around the world, requiring you to engage with and understand our business as whole and translate our business goals into a driver based model of the potential financial outcomes, working across financial fields.

• Through quantitative analysis and strategic thinking, you will play a critical role in supporting decision-making within Spotify’s partner and growth teams as well as the company’s overall business planning and forecasting process.
