• The Implementation Services Intern will work on Intapp's Deal Cloud platform as part of a professional services team, designing and configuring the platform to meet clients' specific business requirements
• The role combines guided client-facing consultative work with behind-the-scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation
• Interns will gain exposure to SaaS technology, private capital markets workflows, and data-driven implementation practices
• Participate in virtual requirement-gathering sessions with client teams
• Document client requirements
• Configure the Intapp Deal Cloud platform according to client requirements
• Analyze client legacy data sets to understand impacts on system design
• Use Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize disparate data sets for import into the Deal Cloud platform
• Provide consultative system design guidance and industry best-practice recommendations throughout implementations
• Hold clients and internal team members accountable to project timelines and budgets
• Manage multiple client implementations concurrently

• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic Excel functions
• Knowledge of database structure and eagerness to understand data relationships
