• You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson & Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&R BLOCK
• We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Reporting and Analytics products
• This role requires deep expertise in data technologies, business intelligence (BI), and analytics, coupled with a strong ability to engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into impactful product solutions
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for our reporting and analytics products, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and business objectives
• Engage closely with customers to define and deeply understand their reporting, analytics, and data visualization needs
• Collaborate with engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver measurable outcomes
• Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, ensuring effective prioritization of features
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive innovation and product enhancements

Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting solutions, effectively communicating the value and vision internally and externally

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with specific experience in reporting, analytics, or BI-focused products
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Familiarity with Clickhouse and other columnar databases
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices
• Experience with IDP technologies and document automation a strong plus

• Strong technical understanding of data technologies, including SQL, databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with popular BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $117,000 and $136,000
• Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work
• There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis
