The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations at our resin material manufacturing plant, ensuring that resin batches are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards
This role bridges hands-on production with team leadership—managing workflows, supporting team members, and assisting the Production Supervisor to meet production, safety, and quality goals
Oversee resin batch preparation, review recipes, and ensure timely completion to meet production schedules
Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to maintain steady workflow and minimal downtime
Support and lead team members by making sure tasks are on track and monitoring performance
Monitor and understand accurate live inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and completed batches
In partnership with Maintenance and Engineering, identify and resolve production or equipment issues that could impact schedules or product quality
Provide training and onboarding for new production team members
Recommend and implement process and procedural improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure the production area remains safe, organized, and compliant with all quality and operational standards
Ensure compliance with all Formlabs and local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
Move and lift chemical barrels using forklifts and other equipment to execute mixing procedures
