• This role offers broad exposure across accounting, budgeting, and program support, along with the opportunity to take ownership of workstreams and contribute to special projects across multiple teams
• Support core accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing activities, with a focus on reviewing obligations and deobligations rather than payment execution
• Assist with budget tracking, monitoring, and reporting to support program and operational needs
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and administrative teams to support accounting and budget initiatives
• Prepare financial schedules, reports, and analyses for internal stakeholders
• Support federal accounting and budget requirements, including compliance with applicable OMB guidance
• Take ownership of assigned processes and manage special projects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Assist with audit preparation and maintain organized documentation

• The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on, team-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, billing, and budget processes
• Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
