Our Technical Services Consultants are responsible for working closely with our clients to provide strategic guidance on using our products and technologies, gather and understand the technical and functional requirements, and ensure transparency and cohesive handover with the technical services delivery teams that will be delivering the agreed-upon products and integrations
- They deliver expert guidance to clients, our partners and the larger Intapp teams to help us improve processes to ensure we are delivering a first-class service across the board
- Lead technical scoping of Intapp solutions and integrations
- Provide analysis of client needs and integration recommendations
- Lead or assist in the review of requirements and business processes to understand business processes to confirm the solution
- Conduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solution, to best support level of effort scoping and expertise needs from delivery to support
- Work cross functionally with several teams including the Technical Services teams, product teams, implementation teams, professional services teams to collaborate on improvements in delivering solutions to clients
- Based on screening discussions, recommend the best technological solution for their business needs, as closely aligned to best practice as possible
- Document clear scope details for statements of work, including level of effort that will then dictate the project resourcing forecast and revenue margin
- Lead clients to utilize industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with Technical Services managers to ensure scoping documentation is comprehensive and clear, obtaining and providing any feedback as necessary to ensure continual improvement
- Collaborate with Services Segment Leads and Account Managers to identify and maximize revenue and work opportunities
- Participate in Sales to Delivery handover with the Delivery team, ensuring transparency and insight into sales conversations, client needs, and core KPIs of the engagement, to best define the definition of success
