The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of teams that is focused on the discovery of novel therapeutics through support of molecular profiling, de-risking strategies, formulation development and communication across discovery functions and downstream to development partners
This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely
Demonstrated patent and/or peer reviewed publication record
It is beneficial if the candidate possesses experience related to various aspects of drug product development (i.e. formulation and process development, biopharmaceutics, analytical methods, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape) with a drive to apply novel technologies while working at the laboratory bench
Demonstrated experience solving program challenges by leveraging strong scientific fundamentals in related subject areas including organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, biopharmaceutics, process development, and/or engineering
Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education $114,700.00 - $180,500.00 Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days
