• This role focuses on breaking into new mid-market accounts by generating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, building relationships with multiple contacts across target customer segments, and setting meetings for Account Executives
• Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting via phone, email, events and campaigns, collaborating with the wider sales team, and contributing to the sales playbook and tech stack
• The position is remote, quota-driven, and emphasizes learning from experienced sellers while driving measurable revenue impact
• Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business
• Learn from the sales team and help build out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
• Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
• Identify and document lead generation processes, support marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and handoff to Account Executives
• Create email sequences and perform cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
• Communications with applicants will typically use Deel-specific emails (e.g., @deel.com and acquired company emails)

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
