- You will report to our Senior Content Director and work directly with Content and Creative teams, acting as the lead Creative Strategist on clients across a range of industries

- Shape and elevate creative work, pushing for the highest standards and inspiring clients with your expertise
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners, translating complex strategies into clear, compelling and actionable plans
- Work with the ideation team on incoming paid creative campaigns, ensuring big ideas translate effectively across the funnel

- Stay close to platform evolution, cultural shifts and emerging behaviors, bringing insights and hypotheses into your work
- Stay up to date with trends and innovations to inform planning, strategy and creative direction
- Act as a driver of innovation across platforms, shaping narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
- Use AI tools to build robust testing frameworks for ad copy and creative variants, continuously improving performance
Build partnerships across creative, media and data/market intelligence teams, bridging the gap between media targeting and creative messaging and 6:30pm with flexible working hours
