Our client, a leading manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and shipping teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety-mindedness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift Operator Location: Beaverton, OR Pay Range: $24.06/hr Shift: Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

• What's the Job?
• Comply with established safety practices, policies, and procedures, including PPE, ZES, PIT/PED safety protocols
• Read factory work orders and shipping/receiving documents to understand customer requirements and processing information
• Monitor conveyor lines, remove units, and load units into trailers or storage areas
• Check load tags and unit counts to ensure accuracy

Inspect finished units during loading to prevent damage and verify straps are intact

• What's Needed?
• Proven success in safety, attendance, and quality of work

Open to learning the baler and other positions as well. They will be cross-training heavily in the future

• Certified ability to safely operate a forklift truck
• Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices
• Basic knowledge of computer operations

Ability to learn, follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team
