• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the smash room experience with clear instructions and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate proper use of safety equipment and ensure all participants follow established safety procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior during sessions to prevent unsafe actions and respond promptly to any concerns or emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smash room area before and after each session to ensure a safe environment.
• Educate guests about different smashing techniques and encourage positive interactions to enhance their experience.
• Manage booking schedules, coordinate walk-in guests, and assist with check-in processes efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of customer service.

• Strong leadership qualities with experience in guiding groups or individuals in active settings.
• Weekend and evening availability is a must.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills to clearly convey safety instructions and engage guests.
• Proven customer service experience with the ability to handle diverse personalities professionally.
• Effective time management skills to coordinate sessions and maintain operational flow.
• Ability to teach safety procedures confidently while fostering an energetic, positive environment.
• Prior experience in teaching, hospitality, or event hosting is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential!

• Physically Capable: You can lift, carry, and move crates of breakables and trash weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Urgency Expert: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and do not like standing still. You treat turnover times like a pit crew.
• Empathetic & Outgoing: You have top-tier customer service skills. You can handle a bachelorette party one minute and a client venting grief the next with equal grace.
• Organized: You keep the workspace clean and the schedule running on time.
• Required Experience:
• Proven customer service experience.
• Prior experience in teaching, hospitality, or event hosting is a plus but not required.
