Senior Finance Manager
Act as the key point-of-contact for the finance team’s post-merger integration, including aligning local financial processes and standards with group-level requirements; coordinate with internal stakeholders within the China entity and across other regional teams to ensure seamless integration. Lead period-end closing activities, including the timely preparation of closing documents and reporting packages; conduct in-depth analysis of balance fluctuations in connection with business operations, and complete intercompany reconciliations accurately. Ensure timely submission of statutory forms and periodic reports in strict compliance with local accounting and tax regulations; liaise with regulatory authorities (e.g., Tax Bureau, AMR) when necessary to address matters related to statutory financial reporting and taxation. Collaborate with internal and outsourced payroll teams to oversee and review the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; optimize vendor payment cycles, and guarantee the timely and accurate operation of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes. Lead the audit of local annual financial statements, and support the audit of parent company (US) annual financial statements; work closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with audit requirements and timely completion of audit work.
Ensure strict adherence to group-defined internal controls at all times, and drive necessary adjustments to strengthen control mechanisms; proactively identify opportunities to improve financial operational efficiency, and execute corresponding optimization plans; maintain complete and appropriate documentation for internal controls over financial reporting activities.
Adopt a proactive approach to understand business dynamics by collaborating with cross-functional teams; leverage this understanding to optimize corporate and operational accounting (covering accounting, AR/AP, payroll, audit, etc.), recommend and implement relevant policies, and enhance effective stakeholder management.
