This includes taking necessary precautions to avoid situations that could be construed as a conflict of interest or that could be deemed to be sufficient to unduly influence the employee's ability to make prudent decisions that are in the best interest of the corporation
- 5 years' experience in a project management position
- 6 years working and studying in the electrical construction industry
- Capable user of accounting software program (project manager features)
- Capable user of Primavera or project schedule in use
- Capable of reading, interpreting and understanding all contract documents, plans, specs and requirements
- Solid/basic knowledge of: National Electric Code; electrical engineering concepts/fundamentals; purchasing and buying; accounting; MS Word/Excel/Outlook; estimating program and change orders; job cost projections
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Effective reasoning and judgement abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency and ability to aggressively deal with project conditions
- Ability to capitalize on opportunities
- The ability to successfully manage multiple customers, accounts, or multiple projects at one time
- Able to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Manual dexterity associated with computer data entry required

- Able to safely operate a vehicle to travel to and from job sites
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
