Do you have a passion for children?? We are looking for experienced Lead Teachers for our toddler room (3yrs-3.5yrs) to share the unconditional love our kids are waiting to give to you. Teach and supervise kids while also encouraging them to learn new skills and exercise their imagination.We are open Mon - Fri. 7a-6p, no nights, no weekends, flexible full time hours available. We offer 6 paid holidays for full time employees and Paid Time Off(PTO) available for all employees.

• Follow a schedule of classroom activities and suitable teaching material
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc.) to enhance the child’s abilities
• Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track
• Communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children
• Observe children’s interactions and promote positive behaviors
• Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
• Collaborate with the rest of the team.

Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by State Licensing

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be Reliable and Dependable the kids count on you
• Must also have a valid drivers license and/or dependable transportation

Lead Teacher position requires CDA certification or an early childhood education degree

• Experience in Childcare required
• Knowledge of child development and up-to-date teaching methods
• Fun and creative
• Patience, flexibility, kindness, and love for children
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Certificate in first aid and CPR within 90 days of hire (company paid)
• Position does require ongoing training throughout the year that we will provide for free
