As a Designer, you will be responsible for utilizing software and other design tools to support the factory engineering program
You will prepare conceptual 2D/3D drawings, designs and details for further project development
Maintaining an up-to-date archive of factory and equipment design is also a key function
Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Electrical/Controls Team to design schematics, process flow diagrams and equipment layouts
Interpret technical documents with Engineering assistance and relay relevant information through drawings and detailed instructions to contractors
Investigate plant floor details to develop preliminary and conceptual drawings
Maintain and organize drawings and other key documentation for all buildings and equipment in AS-BUILT condition, utilizing AutoDesk Vault
Drawings may be locally produced, provided by corporate engineering, design firms or equipment vendors
Generate and pursue innovative solutions to engineering problems

Associate’s Degree in Drafting, Engineering or related field and 2+ years of experience in process-related drafting and design
High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in a process-related drafting and design

The approximate pay range for this position is $71,000.00 to $101,000.00
