• In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing a critical part of our business, working closely with engineering to implement solutions and using your strong prioritization skills to tackle a dynamic backlog
• Collaborate closely with engineers to implement technical solutions, including API integrations with various platforms
• Develop and maintain internal tools, such as a CRM admin dashboard, to provide customer support and other teams with essential payment and customer data
• Prioritize and manage a substantial product backlog, making strategic decisions to deliver impactful improvements quickly
• Identify opportunities to optimize our product catalog, checkout flows, and payment processes
• Partner with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations
• You will report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams to deliver scalable solutions

• A technical aptitude and comfort working with engineers and understanding API integrations (no prior billing/payments experience required)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and make trade-offs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to assist in the rapid prototyping and wire-framing of new features and improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus PointsBasic SQL knowledge (ability to write and understand simple SQL queries)
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company
