Working in the People and Culture function as a direct report to the Director, Change Management, you will make change management a valuable, trusted enterprise partner and drive our evolution when you help teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose through effective change execution, enablement, influence, measurement, storytelling and continuous improvement
Develop and execute end-to-end organizational change management activities and plans, including impact assessments, communication strategy, training plans and feedback loops to drive readiness, adoption, engagement, improvement, and operationalizing lasting behavior change
Develop adoption dashboards linking readiness and engagement insights to workforce and capability planning
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S
