• You have 8+ years of professional experience building API first backend services (e.g
• REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
• You have experience designing, building and deploying cloud native micro-services
• You are passionate about building automated tests alongside your features
• You have real world experience building complex distributed systems
• You enjoy building services from scratch and supporting them over a meaningful period of time
• You have a genuine interest and pride in code quality and infrastructure
• You prioritize end-user experience and business value over "cool tech."

You developed "computer science fundamentals", i.e algorithms, data structures and operating systems (Formal CS degree NOT required)

• Professional experience with C++ or Go
