Operations Specialist

Role summary- As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our cross-border payment operations. This role focuses on day-to-day transaction processing, customer onboarding, and operational risk control. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve workflows, enhance compliance, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

• Location-Guangzhou On-site Full-time
• What you’ll do
• Execute daily cross-border payment operations, including customer onboarding (KYC), transaction monitoring, payment review, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Work closely with sales, product, and compliance teams to deliver integrated operational and risk solutions.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate abnormal customer activities or transactions.
• Support product reviews, business assessments, and risk evaluations, providing operational insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, SLA performance, and customer experience.
• Who you are
• 3+ years payment business operations experience in cross-border payments, domestic payments and banking.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Understanding of cross-border payment operations and risk management practices..
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
