- Job Type: LPN Full-time, 40 plus hours weekly, Starts ASAP, ongoing assignment, every other weekend required
- 24-48 hour onboarding process if you have your documents ready to upload
- Position Overview: As an LPN in our skilled nursing home facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents
- Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with treatments, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document resident health status and communicate changes to appropriate team members
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and charts
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Consistent, ongoing agency assignment
