• Notion is seeking a founding AI Solutions Specialist who will shape how the company sells and scales its AI products through a mix of external, hands-on customer work and internal go-to-market program building
• The role partners with regional sales teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to run customer POCs, implement AI workflows, co-sell and close complex deals, while owning an internal team pillar to scale AI motions globally
• Act as a regional sales overlay, co-selling with account teams to qualify, scope, and accelerate AI sales opportunities
• Run sales cycles end to end in partnership with the selling team, closing complex AI deals in your region
• Implement AI workflows with customers, leveraging deal discovery and POC requirements to generate AI revenue
• Own and build out one internal team pillar (Sales Motions & Programs; Sales & EPD Programs; Technical Sales Motions & Programs; Team Processes & Reporting)
• Serve as an AI thought leader for customers and the field, translating business problems into practical AI workflows and shaping the Custom Agents narrative
• Work arrangement: Hybrid with required in-office Anchor Days on Mondays and Thursdays; some teams/roles may require additional in-office days

Geographic scope: Role partners with sales regions across AMER, EMEA, and APAC; regional alignment expected

• Proven top-tier sales skills with comfort owning customer discussions and end-to-end sales cycles
• Strong technical skills with the ability to build and implement AI workflows and run customer POCs
• Demonstrated experience creating, owning, and scaling new programs and cross-functional project management
• Ability to operate with pace and tempo, iterate quickly, and work effectively with cross-functional partners inside and outside GTM
