• Typical daily duties:
• Oversee efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
• Develop and train staff through coaching and mentorship
• Ensure production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved
• Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team

Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance

• What we’re looking for:
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of food manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs daily, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts

Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred

• Required Experience:
