• REPORTING TO: Building Materials Operations Manager
• FUNCTION: The Building Materials Specialist provides internal sales support and exceptional service to current and potential customers
• Visualizes, defines, communicates, and implements the company vision and core values
• Provides effective administrative support to sales
• Provides support to project estimators as
• Enters customer orders/transactions in Bistrack and confirms that price, discount level and product requirements are
• Assists walk-in customers by answering product/service questions and providing project solutions
• Provides exceptional customer service and team support and product
• Accurately maintains customer records, ensuring that customer, prospect, and account information is
• Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook,
• Serves as a safety champion by adhering to all company safety policies and guidelines
• Performs other duties as
• Occasionally lift up to 75-100 pounds with assistance
• Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds overhead
