This role focuses on enterprise sales development, breaking into new accounts and building relationships with multiple contacts across target customer segments through inbound and outbound prospecting
The SDR will collaborate with the broader sales team, perform market research to identify and qualify leads (including onboarding approach), and contribute to building the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
The position is remote, target-driven, and requires native/fluent English and Dutch with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
Learn from the sales team and help build out the company Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, support marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set

3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
Native/fluent in English and Dutch
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work autonomously and self-source solutions
Ability to write effective email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
